Role: Early Years Educator & SENDCo
Years Experience: I joined Pollyanna Pre-School in 2021 as an SEN Support Assistant,, progressing to Pre-School Practitioner and have since completed and qualified my Level 3 in Early Years Education.
Education: Following my A-Levels, I completed the Introduction to Health and Social Care via Open University. I am now undertaking my level 3 SENDCO training.
About Me: “I was a Police Community Support Office for 7 years until I moved to Children’s services as a Child and Family worker for 3 years before taking a career break to start my own family. Having two young boys, I love to take them to different places to experience new things, enjoying family days out. We like to go on bike rides, walks and camping as a family”.
I work in Early Years because….: “I enjoy working with children, being able to teach them new things and watching them learn how to share, make new friends and become independent, all whilst having fun. I am passionate about achieving the best outcomes for the children that attend Pollyanna.”.
