Pollyanna Pre-School CIO has a team of highly motivated and experienced childcare professionals. Our team is committed to developing every child’s individual potential.

Our staff are all checked through enhanced DBS checks, attend safeguarding and 12 hour paediatric first aid training and hold Basic Food Hygiene certificates. They are encouraged and supported to continue their professional development and keep up to date with current practices. We have six members of staff holding level 3 and above certificates in childcare and our manager has a level 4 in advanced early years practitioner.  All new members of staff receive an in depth induction to help them understand their roles and responsibilities. Our manager holds regular team meetings to ensure all the team are kept updated and carries out regular supervision meetings with each team member.
