To gain a place on the Pollyanna Pre-School CIO waiting list, a refundable admissions fee of £25 per child is applicable (if your child is eligible for the government childcare funding and attends within their funded entitlement, the admissions fee will be refunded within the first few weeks of starting at Pollyanna Pre-School CIO). Ideally, please pay by bank transfer, sort code: 30-90-38, account number: 02817953 using your child’s name as reference.

Places are offered to children from the age of two according to the Preschool Admissions Policy, subject to availability. We will notify you when a place becomes available.

The form will be sent to the administrator and will endevour to respond within 3 working days.

Below are the sessions we currently offer at Pollyanna. We ask that all children attend for a minimum of 2 sessions or one day per week. Please indicate below your required sessions.

Fees:

From September 2025 – Eligible working families in England with a 2-year-old will be able to receive up to 30 hours free government childcare funding per week. Please note, dependant on each child’s readiness, it may not be recommended for you child to attend full day sessions until they are at least 2.5 years old.

Under the current funding entitlement, some 2-year-olds and all 3 to 4 year old children are eligible for up to 15 hours of free (Universal) funding per week from the term following their 2nd/3rd birthday. In addition, working parents of 3 and 4 year old children may be entitled to an additional 15 hours of free (Extended) funded childcare per week. Pollyanna Pre-School CIO offer a maximum of 28.75 funded hours per week. We endeavour to offer as many places as we can, however, places may be limited. You are also able to split the entitlement over 2 providers. Hours above the funding entitlement/non-funded hours will be charged at our hourly rate of £6.25 per hour. In accordance with our Fees Policy, unpaid fees will result in your child being unable to attend their non-funded sessions.
